Transform simple folder to shared folder

I need a way to convert a sub folder to a shared folder. it's because i prefer to have all my folders like shared folder -
Is possible to convert a simple folder (under a shared folder) to a shared folder? i mean... a simple way to transform a lot of simple folders to a shared folders?
