Move XPEnology bootloader from flashdrive to sd card

i already have my boot loader on my flashdisk and i already setting it and now i want to move it to sd card if i re-burn the loader on the sd card, am i gonna lose my setting? -
i creating my bootloader on usb stick and now i want to move the bootloader to sd card it that possible? if it is how to move it without losing any configuration thank you
