Hello, when I search something ,the universal search always report error “the operation failed ,Please log in to DSM again and retry” ,if I installed the package Log Center. If I uninstall the Log Center package, the problem gone, and universal searche goes with no problem. I installed the DSM 6.21 with 1.03b loader. the problem occurs in newly installed DSM. I am wondering How does the Log center affect Univeral search ?
