  1. Find out that this is not only a R520 problem ... Formatted the pendrive, and start the process again in a normal desktop, and the scenario about SERIAL is the same: No information is show on serial connection after the bootloader starts, just black screen. Any advices?
  2. Hello Guys, I have installed the DSM 6.1 in a Dell Power Edge R520 a week ago. DSM 6.1.4; DS3617xs; Jun's v1.02b Works great. But today's morning the R520 just restarted (don't know the reason), and the DSM just gone. I mean, the USB bootloader seems to work, it show the initial messagens like always (see print attached) ended with "Booting the kernel." in the video monitor, but the DSM just don't go online anymore. Synology Assistant can't find nothing on lan either. I have previously configure it to NOT auto update, so i dont think it was a update's fault. Anyway, the real problem is: I cant see nothing via serial connection!! Im unable to say that even the booting is going on, or debug the "offline cause", the serial connection just show nothing, only black screen. I've followed the recommended settings for serial (115200/8/1/none/none). Already tested cable/terminal in a cisco switch serial connection, no problem. Already tried a series of combinations in Dell Bios serial configuration, nothing works. If anyone was able to see the Jun's bootloader action via serial console in a Dell Power Edge server like mine, please share ur setting on dell's bios about serial, maybe its just me doing some misconfigs on that.
