  1. Never mind, the developer informed me to use Starwind converter. It's working now. Thank you RR developer.
  2. Hi, is there a virtualbox vmdk loader for arpl-i18n (Redpill Recovery) loader 7.2.1-69057? I used the last one, which removed the vmdk file for virtualbox and only supported up to 7.2-64570. Is there a way to convert the latest rr-23.11.6 img file to vmdk?
  3. My 832 is running Proxmox which is a Debian base linux. All of my vm's gets the ip address from the Pfsense vm which is a firewall and a router.

  8. Sorry for this noobie questions, maybe I'm confused with ARPL and TCRP. ARPL is a graphical web interface and TCRP where I can ssh into. How do I enable m-shell DDSML en_US Friend for ARPL DS920+ after I booted from usb flash drive? Are the commands the same for both TCRP and ARPL ? Are the commands correct commands for TCRP below? Am I missing any commands in between for the DS920+? wget https://github.com/PeterSuh-Q3/tinycore-redpill/raw/main/m.sh.gz; tar -zxvf m.sh.gz; curl --location "https://github.com/PeterSuh-Q3/tinycore-redpill/raw/main/my.sh.gz" --output my.sh.gz; tar -zxvf my.sh.gz; ./my.sh ./my.sh DS920+J jumkey noclean ./myv.sh DS920+J How can I get to this screen below after I booted and ssh into TCRP? Sorry for the noob questions. I went the easy way and just load ARPL DS3622xs and it just works.
  9. I tried both ARPL DS920+ and Arc DS920+ but it doesn't detect my Mellanox 25gbe card. I tried DS3622xs+ and DS3617xs and both detect my Mellanox 25gbe card. I will stay with DS3622xs+. Thank you all to the developers.
  10. I'm unable to add this mlx4 extension using the latest ARPL. The url to the addon is https://github.com/pocopico/rp-ext/blob/main/mlx4_core/rpext-index.json. I keep getting it is not the right format. Is there a way to add mlx4 driver in ARPL on a DS920+ or add the mlx4_core.ko module to DS920+? Is this the right link to add the module and how do I add this module? thanks. https://github.com/fbelavenuto/arpl-modules/blob/main/geminilake-4.4.180/mlx4_core.ko https://github.com/fbelavenuto/arpl-modules/blob/main/geminilake-4.4.180/mlx4_en.ko

  12. Now that I have DS3617xs working in ARPL, I wanted to try DS920+ using TCRP latest version v0.9.4.0 but I keep getting the error below when try to add the mlx4 extension driver to DS920+. I use this command to add the mlx4 driver: ./rploader.sh ext ds920p-7.1.1-42962 add https://github.com/pocopico/rp-ext/blob/main/mlx4_core/rpext-index.json [-] JSON file "/home/tc/redpill-load/custom/extensions/_new_ext_index.tmp_json" is invalid: parse error: Invalid numeric literal at line 8, column 10 [-] Extension loaded from https://github.com/pocopico/rp-ext/blob/main/mlx4_core/rpext-index.json (id: ) is invalid: index JSON file is unparsable. 13. Thank you very much, I was able to get DS3617xs to detect my Mellanox ConnectX-4 25Gbe sfp28 using ARPL. I did not have to add the mlx4 extension driver and it still detect my 25gb card. I'm very excited to get it on my Unifi aggregated switch with four 25gb ports. I will set it up with virtualize pfsense on this DS3617xs. I will try to get a link for you to see my brand new server. Stay tune.
  14. Does Mellanox connectx-4 or Mellanox connectx-5 sfp28 25gb card works with either Tinycore Redpill or ARPL? Thanks.
  15. What is the procedure to update the new build when it comes out? Do we rebuild the loader first using ARPL before updating to the new build?
  16. In the future, if we need to update the new build number when DSM version come out, do we use the ARPL first to update the build model and then do the DSM update from control panel or can we skip the ARPL update and go straight to the DSM update in the control panel? What is the procedure to update DSM version?

  20. TrueNAS Scale is a Debian base but TrueNAS core is a FreeBSD base. I believe it should work with TrueNAS scale but how do you mount Tinycore-Redpill img file in TrueNAS Scale? In Proxmox, I use this command to mount the Tinycore-Redpill img "echo "args: -device 'nec-usb-xhci,id=usb-bus0,multifunction=on' -drive " Do you use the same command for TrueNAS Scale?
  21. Is it possible to install Xpenology on TrueNAS Scale with Tinycore-Redpill?
  22. Here's an easier instructions. https://www.wundertech.net/how-to-self-host-the-password-manager-bitwarden-on-a-synology-nas/
