Can you play mkv with HW transcoding in videostation web?

DSM version: DSM 6.2.1-23824 Update 1

I have J3455-itx with the same problem. The different is that I did not fully reinstall the DSM with the given loader in this thread but just replaced the loader itself. There is no /dev/dri in my environment. If you have this device path, you could enable the HW transcoding in DS videostation and try it. Look forward to hearing your good news.

I have the same problem with motherboard ASRock J3455-ITX (i915 causes kernel panic and no /dev/dri exists). This is a dmesg segment in starting period, you could see many error messages related to kernel. dmesg.txt

It turns out i915 drie will be crashed in J3455itx in 6.2.1 with jun's loader 1.04b, check /var/log/dmesg...

no, I still can not figure out a way to utilize gpu, i915 driver always crashes, I read all the related topics in xpenology, no solutiton for this.

Is there any way to enable hw transcoding with asrock j3455-itx？ /dev/dri is missing in my 918_6.2.1 DSM.
