I fallowed all these steps, but after clicking on repair the system new shows up on my network again. I don't know what to do anymore, I'm worries I will lose 10tb of data. Any help will be appreciated thanks.

Hi everyone, first of all, hope you guy are doing well and healthy, I have I problem with my machine, the 2 Factor authenticator is now working anymore I get an invalid code message. My admin account is disabled, I forgot to enable SHH, and I'm not getting the emergency code on my email, I don't know what else to try to access it. I have more than 10TB of data and I really don't want to lose it. Im using the Microsoft authenticator and it was working fine for a couple of years but now for some reason its not working anymore. I will appreciate any help. Thank you in advance

Thanks I found the problem, it was my switch after changing the setting to automatic the speed when back to normal. My switch is a Netgear GS105Ev2 for those that maybe are having the same problem just go in to the webinterface and set speed settings to automatic.

Hi everyone I'm running my first Xpenlogy but running with a small problem here is it Specs Motherboard: MSI Z170 Ram: 8GB DDR4 CPU: Intel Pentium g4400 DRM 6.2.1 Everything is working fine the only problem I have is that my transfer speed is not more than 6 MB/s and the network status on Synology is only ad 100 Mbps, half duplix, MTU1500 Any help would be appreciated Thank.
