Hello I'm using DS3617xs, and want to reset the password on diskstation even used reinstall option in the bootloader it still not work how can I do ?

Is this possible to setup in VMware ? I followed the steps and start VM(100), but it said : No accelerator found! args: -device 'piix3-usb-uhci,addr=0x18' -drive 'id=synoboot,file=/var/lib/vz/images/{VM_ID}/synoboot.img,if=none,format=raw' -device 'usb-storage,id=synoboot,drive=synoboot' Is it may because I didn't use usb to install proxmax, but only ios ?
