First migrated from DS3615XS to DS3617XS on 6.1.7 with Jun's 1.02b then updated to 6.2u2 with 1.03b Outcome of the update: SUCCESSFUL - DSM version prior update: DSM 5.2 for DS3615XS - Loader version and model: JUN'S LOADER v1.03b - DS3617XS - Using custom extra.lzma: NO - Installation type: BAREMETAL - MSI B75MA-P45 + i7 3770 (Ivy Bridge) + 16 Go Ram + Marvel 88SE9215 4 port SATA controller - Additional comments: Migration from 5.2 to 6.1.7 worked ok directly (tutorial). DSM 6.2 didn't see my RTL8111e network card, added an Intel PRO/CT 1000 and declared it with first MAC address. Then update to 6.2u2 went Ok. All disks found, even on Marvel controller.
