Hi, I have a problem with the Vivotek PT7135 camera. This model is on the Surveillance Station IP camera Support List but when I try to get a live preview I get a message that the video format of this camera is unsupported. I have a preview only in the camera settings window. DSM 6.1.4-15217 Update 5 Surveillance Station 8.1.3-5473 someone can help?
