There is no video file thumbnails at file station, photo station and video station. Of course, it shows the thumbnails for any photo and movies(only video station) but not for home video files. Model : DS3615xs Version: DSM 6.1.4-15217 Update 5 I tried to solve this issue several ways but anyone did not work. ex) delete @eaDir and reindexing, changed the quality of thumbnails... Do you have any ideas how to handle this problem?
