What if the motherbord doesnt have ahci.ide options? Why is ahci an issues in the first place? I have a system I can;t upgrade because of this.

Ok., got 4458 to install, had to reboot and select gnoboot.me and start the 4458 version, uploaded the official 4458 pat and it's working (In vmware) Happy to have this, I can now do some testing (with snapshots) and not mess up my 1812+

@cooledspirit and anyone running dsm 5 when you say : "I installed gnoBoot alpha 10.4 with DSM 5" Do you mean the beta or the release.... I'm asking because I can't seem to get 4458 release to install.
