Nevermind I got it. Made new ifcfg-ethX files and stored them in my array so they stay across upgrades. Put a script in /usr/local/rc.d to copy the files to /etc/sysconfig/networking-scripts and rerun /etc/rc.network restart at boot.

Running Jun's 1.02b DS916+ loader with mlx4_core.ko and mlx4_en.ko added to the extra.lzma. Modules load at boot time, I can ssh in and configure my interfaces. Everything works great, except they do not show up in the web UI. What do I need to do to get them to show up there?
