Very nice guide , i picked up this a while back so i created a rule that only from work ip address i can connect in and via duckdns ip so when i connect on LTE and WIfi remotely i update the ip first and then i connect.
Do this via the firewall wall on my router than on the NAS

On my dads setup runs i7 16 gig ram 2 x 120 gig SSD and 5 x 4tb drives and the pc is more than just a NAS.
Plex player and Kodi
and 2 Vm's Pfsense and xpenology 5.2 yes it old but it works.

- Additional comments: updated okay had a drive crash 2 weeks back main drive with all apps dockers installed on so still busy setting it all up , first reboot in 2 weeks. SMB never came up restarted service all working and remote mounted folders.

Works perfect no issues set up a test pc just to check all was working.
No need to go find links or other posts was all in one EXE

To remove the app.
Did this last night as been getting the same error's as above just have not reinstalled to test again.
was going to look for virtualbox spk as had that on DSM 5.2
SSH inls /volume1/@appstore
to get a list of apps installedTry
synopkg stop Virtualization
synopkg uninstall Virtualization
ORThis will remove all the files
rm -rf /volume1/@appstore/Virtualization
Reboot and it will be uninstalled on my test vm i had to open package center and the uninstall again and rebooted.
