can boot from the vmdk that creating with "synoboot.img" , and i can find the device to setup , but it show " failed to format the disk. (35)" when installing the DSM.

starwind V2V Converter just conver the vm disk file , not for ISO

I had dowloaded the .ISO format from here (managed by Polanskiman) , but can't boot in new VM. Anyone know howto ,or where can i find the guide?
