I have 5.2-5967 update 3 bare metal but automatic power on with plan not works any sugesstions ?

I apologize for being too obvious but unfortunately I can not find the answer. How can I update DSM_DS3615xs_5967 to some version 2 or 3? (baremetal) How to do this and where to find xpenoboot in the right version?
