I have a baremetal install on hp microserver gen8 of DSM 6.0.2 with loader v1.01. I understand that in order to update to DSM 6.1, I would have to backup my data and do a clean install. My data is currently backed up to an external drive using HyperBackup. It is probably silly to ask, but I was hoping to get a quick confo that I will be able to restore from my HyperBackup archive once I have DSM 6.1 up and running? Thanks!
