Hello everyone ! I just installed XPEnoboot_DS3615xs_5.2-5967.1 on a PC mounted for the occasion with recovery of the hard disks of my old configs. It is composed of the following elements: Gigabyte X150M-PRO ECC motherboard Intel Core i3-6098P Processor Memory Kingston ECC 8 Gb Hard Drive 2x WD Red 2 TB + 2x WD Green 2 TB + 1x WD Blue 2 TB The installation is therefore well done with opening ports on my modem + redirection from a web address. My problem is this: After the NAS boots up, it works perfectly so access without worries remotely or on the same network. But after a few hours of operation, it is impossible for me to identify myself either remotely or locally and with all types of devices. The login page is displayed, but when you enter your credentials and validate it loads to infinity ... The Synology assistant indicates that the NAS is working normally. On the other hand, it is enough that I force the restart of the NAS (have the hard disks ...) so that everything works again perfectly for a few hours. I checked several things to rule out a few possibilities: - Hard disk standby is turned off - No IP blocking - We have a PING - No specific rule related to the NAS firewall I hope that I have been quite understandable in my explanations and hope that one of you will be able to help me. Bonjour à tous ! Je viens d'installer XPEnoboot_DS3615xs_5.2-5967.1 sur un PC monté pour l'occasion avec récupération des disques durs de mes anciennes configs. Il est composé des éléments suivants : Carte mère Gigabyte X150M-PRO ECC Processeur Intel Core i3-6098P Mémoire vive Kingston ECC 8 Gb Disques dur 2x WD Red 2 To + 2x WD Green 2 To + 1x WD Blue 2 To L'installation c'est donc bien déroulée avec ouverture des ports sur mon modem + redirection depuis une adresse web. Mon problème est le suivant : Après le démarrage du NAS, il fonctionne parfaitement donc accès sans soucis à distance ou sur le même réseau. Mais après quelques heures de fonctionnement, il m'est impossible de m'identifier que ce soit à distance ou en local et avec tout les types d'appareils. La page d'identification s'affiche bien mais lorsque l'on rentre ses identifiants et que l'on valide cela charge à l'infini... L’assistant Synology indique d'ailleurs que le NAS fonctionne normalement. Par contre, il suffit que je force le redémarrage du NAS (aie les disques durs...) pour que tout fonctionne de nouveau parfaitement pendant quelques heures. J'ai vérifié plusieurs choses afin d'écarter quelques possibilités : - La mise en veille des disques durs est bien désactivée - Pas de blocage IP - On a bien un PING - Pas de règle spécifique lié au pare-feu du NAS J'espère que j'ai été assez compréhensible dans mes explications et espère que l'un d'entre vous pourra m'aider. Après plusieurs recherches sur le net, je n'ai pas trouvé de personnes ayant le même problème. Merci d'avance !
