I have an x99 motherboard with a Xeon 2630 V3 8 cores 16 threads ... and 128GB of RAM in 8 sticks of 8GB ... running jun's loader 1.03b of DS3617, cause I need 16 cores. If i run a free -m, result shows 128GB of RAM, but at Control Panel shows only 64GB of RAM, and in resourse monitor I can see 128 GB but it shows -64966868 KB Reserved... Cluster manager of Virtual Machine shows only 64GB and can only create a server for less than 64GB... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

ANy reason why es a Thread limit of 16 on 3617? Is there a way to use more than 16 threads? Thanks

Hi Everybody... I've been using XPENOLOGY since Version 5.2 ... I've been migrating from a small intel i3-4170 to a Chinese x99 with a XEON E5-2678V3... My CPU has 12 cores with 24 threads... but My NAS is only working with 16 threads.... but can detect that there are 12 cores. cat /proc/cpuinfo show cpu from 0 to 15 Don't know what is wrong.... Kernel limitation? Even I've been using my NAS for years, this is my first enter in the forum, so please forgive me if this is not the correct topic to ask such a question. Thanks in advance for your help.

Well you are probably the first one who have installed that update. You should have come here before to ask. Any update can potentially brick your box. Only option I see is to downgrade by modifying the version. Search the forum on how to do it. There are some generic tutorials that you would need to adapt to your scenario. Yeahh, I know, I have a VM where I test the upgrades before I update my real Xpenology NAS... I'll wait until update my real NAS. Thanks in advance. Gustavo

Hi there. New update 6.0.3-8754 is here, I installed it on my "test VM" and I after reboot it enters in recovery because "you move your disks to a new DS3615x".... Any ideas? Thanks
