if you need CPU Power you can take the faster CPU if not you can save 30€ Video Tanscodeing is the part of the player not a part of the NAS ... but this is only my opinion. Today you have an 8 Core CPU in every Phone or Tablett ... the NAS should only serve the data.

hab mir das Silverstone DS380 geholt für mein Q1900 ITX

q1900-itx Leistungsaufnahame mit Windows 2012 R2 = 12 Watt im IDLE

XPEnology hat keine "System Partition" wie man sie von Windows oder so kennt ... auch keine Nanoboot Partition. aber du kannst die 80 GB Platte für die Pakete benutzen. Die übrigen Platten für SHR.

Der hyper V läuft doch unter einem System user glaub ich ... schau mal welchen user der dienst zugeordner hat ...

hat der User unter dem die VM läuft Berechtigung auf die Datei ?

ja die NXXL brauchen leider relativ viel strom fürs nichts tun. (ca 50 Watt) deswegen steige ich jetzt um auf AsRock Q1900-ITX in einem SylverStone DS380 Gehäuse um. Ich nutze noch das Auto ON/OFF ... von 1:00 bis 8:00 ... und tagsüber gibts Solarstrom

Also ich boote vom ISO File und hab meine Festplatte(n) direkt durchgeschleift (also in der Datenträgerverwaltung vom 2012 offline gestellt) und an die VM als SCSI durchgereicht. http://www.xpenology.nl/harddisk-pass-through/ ob 1 CPU oder 2 ist egal, und RAM hab ich auch mal 2GB mal 4GB.

schon sehr seltsam ... ich hab es auf einem N40L und einem AsRock Q1900-ITX getestet, rennt 1A. Alles nach der Anleitung von XPEnology.nl ...

meine Hyper-V Tests waren mit 5.1-5022 vor ca 2-3 Wochen. Ich nehme an du hast den 2008 R2 + Hyper-V Rolle ? So hatte ich das auch am laufen. Im Moment bin auf 2012 R2 + Hyper-V Rolle unterwegs ... geht genau so gut, nur etwas strom sparender ... ca 2-3 Watt weniger.

also meine Tests auf dem 2008R2 verliefen ohne Probleme.

vergiss dir Fehlermeldung, die hab ich auch, Augen zu und durch Hauptsache es läuft alles.
