  1. Hello all, Has anyone had issues with Virtual Machine Manager and Kernel Panics inside of the VM? I haven't even been able to get an installer to fully boot for either Ubuntu or Windows 10. They both have a kernel panic while loading the installer. I'm using Jun's loader 1.02b. My MoBo is an ASRock Rack C236 WSI with an Intel - Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor. The combo should support virtualization just fine, and I've been able to run VMs on Unraid and ESXi on the same box. I do have an issue where the bios date time gets corrupted on reboots and I have to press F1, but everything else seems to be working fine. I've been able to use USB3 drives for backups and everything.

    DSM 6.1.x Loader

I just installed brand new and updated to 9 immediately without major issues. I'm building from scratch though, so I haven't really burned it in yet. The only thing I'm dealing with is the CMOS reset issue. It looks like everything else in the Bios is untouched, but the Date/Time is corrupted on boot. It means that I have to hit "F1" every time the server boots up from a shutdown or reboot and enable the cloud time sync feature. Not great, but not the worst. Just means I need to disable automatic DSM updates (planned on that anyway) and make sure I have a keyboard near the box for when I want to reboot.
