Hi JMRR! I need your help again. I have a HP n40l microserver, inside a TBS6984 DVB-S2 PCIE card. Operation system: Xpenology DSM 5.2 5967 I installed the TBS card (with your instructions) and it work good, but in the TVHeadend I can't see the SNR Level. (Not just the TVHeadent) I can see the signal strength. The play ok, all mux are ok. When I watch TV, and I want watch the infobar, I can' watch the SNR level. I don't know why. I use Opensource drivers. insmod /lib/modules/tbs/media.ko insmod /lib/modules/tbs/dvb-core.ko insmod /lib/modules/tbs/isl6422.ko insmod /lib/modules/tbs/cx24117.ko insmod /lib/modules/tbs/tas2101.ko insmod /lib/modules/tbs/saa716x_core.ko insmod /lib/modules/tbs/saa716x_budget.ko int_type=1 When I used Closed Source drivers, I saw the SNR Level, but it worked very instable. I tried everything, but did not fix it. So I deleted the TVH 4.1, and I installed TVH 4.0.8-1. It fixed my problem. Posted via Xpenology.us

Thanks for your help. I think I will wait for the 4.0.9 version. I have 4.1 custom version now. The biggest problem with this, when I wach the any channel on TV (streaming) sometimes the streaming is frozen. The TVH write this: "can not decode...channel". If I push the stop button, and I start the channel again, it's ok. I use the OSCAM, but it worked fine latest to my wetek play. I think it's the TVH problem. Or not? Maybee driver problem? Hi JMRR. I was search the working, stable TVHeadend version of my synology (bromolow). I found the syno.dierkse.nl 4.0.8-1 version, but it is not working. (acces denided problem). Could you help me? Now I have the 4.1 custom version, but it isn't too good. It has a some bugs. Posted via Xpenology.us

After when I load these modules and restart my Nas, I run the dmesg. The card had to two other modules. (isl6423.ko, and tbsfe.ko) I restarted, and I loaded again all of these modules. And finally my card working perfect! Thank you very much JMRR! You are the best! Posted via Xpenology.us

Huh we wrote at same time. Ok I will try these first. Thank you. Posted via Xpenology.us

I searched in google very much about my problem. Maybee it's not a driver problem. I will set up for a bigger (110 cm) parabola at the next weekend, and I will try that. Maybee it will fix my problem. See you soon. Posted via Xpenology.us

I loaded to isl6422.ko module. I wrote wrong earlier to my previous post. Posted via Xpenology.us

I loaded to isl6224.ko module. But the problem is same. Few channels (of course the best channels) not working. If I use the wetek play, this chanels are working. Maybe the TBS tuner is worse that Wetek tuner. Here my dmesg: [ 111.390339] media: Linux media interface: v0.10 [ 126.132011] WARNING: You are using an experimental version of the media stack . Hi I installed my TBS6984 card. Succes. I followed your instuctions JMRR. Thank you very much. But I have a little problem. When I search the muxes in tvheadend,, it find lot of muxes, but a few muxes failed. I have a Wetek Play with dual DVB-S2 tuner (I want to change it for the TBS card and NAS) and it's find this muxes. I don't know why it doesn't work as same, but but I know, I not loaded one of the missing module (cx24132.ko). Is it possible that's the problem? I tried some tvheadend version. Any idea?
