  1. I am sorry, I thought that was what I was doing! I looked into this list before posting... http://xpenology.me/compatible/ ...and Realtek RTL8111GR is not included. Sorry that the CPU question drifted off - but since the J3160 is a very new CPU stepping isn't it logical to assume that throttling does not work due to a lack of drivers?
  2. OK, understand. So if there is going to be an XPEnoboot for DSM 6.0, this would probably say Celereon N3160 or N3150, because these are the closest matches in the Synology DS world (DS716+)? Does my CPU run on 2 or 4 cores in the current state? What about throttling? However, all of this is much less relevant than the LAN issue atm.
  3. Hello, may I kindly request your support? I built an XPEnology NAS with the following board: ASRock J3160-ITX (90-MXB1M0-A0UAYZ) The NAS works fine so far, but I am facing 2 issues which I think might be caused by wrong or the lack of drivers: 1. The CPU is not identified (and probably not working) correctly: The actual CPU is a quad-core Celeron J3160, so name and number of cores are incorrect. Additionally, the frequency always stays at 1.6 GHz, although it should be throttling down in idle. 2. LAN speeds can be extremely slow. LAN does generally work with the onboard Realtek RTL8111GR chipset, but when I try to copy files from my PC, the speeds can be extremely slow or the connection even drops entirely. I browsed through all settings but I could not find a solution. Transfer speeds to my old Synology DS212+ were much faster, although the NAS is so much slower. Settings on the PC LAN have not changed since then. Thank you so much for the help in advance!
