I bought a mini nas with nearly same board, but same AMD cpu version, so tried to use xpeno, but get same result 2 month completely. Tried all of loaders, all of methods, set everyting in bios, disable vga, usc, pci slots, nothing counts, so i ask about that issue everywhere, finally got that method from Thailand. After that it works immediately. I'm happy, you can use yours, cheers. No, model doesn't affect, cpu power counts. Better cpu will sping faster operation system. That's all! :-))

First, replace your old loader to ARC loader, and then set in motherboard bios uart off.

Hi! I think, here is the solution. Use ARC loader, other works also, but that ARC loader definitely better than others, frequently updated, deals more addons, modules, drivers, models, patches. So if you download, burn, boot, set, and after reboot it can't boot, you can try to set to disable in menu UART config. I bought a mini pc with an amd cpu, and i fall same situation, tried everything through completely 2 monts. Finally i got a small help about bios settings, and after one minute everything went fine.

So i got informations from ARC deveroper himself, simply boot to arc loader, and choose force reinstall dsm. All cpuscaling "features" gone, but other data remains, it works good.

I use xpenology since 2012, so i have a good skill. Last few months tried many more loaders, but finally ARC loader wins, it deals a wide range of addons, modules, functions, setting is very easy and fast, author update it frequently. I changed at july my hardware to a topton n1 pro mini nas server, installed that loader, and then works good. Just checked cpu frequencies, tried cpu scaling, but unfortulately get significant lower points, so just untick cpu freq scaling option, and rebuild loader. Nothing happens, so burn loader again, untick cpu freq scaling, but unfortunately that method doesn't work, frequency scaling works at me. Completely erased hdd, burn image again, copied back saved data, and then works good. At september sell my server, and buy same one again, unfortunately i forgot untick (or ticked it) cpu frequency scaling option, and then it works again, but my geekbench points same low as earlier. Format boot flash drive, rebuild loader without cpu frequency scaling, boot, and that option working again and again. It's a ryzen5-5500u 6 core 12 thread CPU, differente between two state is only 2 watts. How can i completely delete it?

Friends! My cpu scaler works or not?

Tried an itx config, i3-10100, asrock itx motherboard, 4 fan fron 80to 140mm, 8TB HDD 20GB SSD, and an old BeQuiet 350W 80+ ATX PSU. and the complete power consumption was 26W, nearly same az a 300W pico psu and a 60W deer adapter.

So just found scaler addon on ARC loader, but how can i uninstall this version of cpu scaler?
