  1. Trantor, I think the driver for Synology E10G15-F1 10G are missing the the current DS3615xs5.2-5644.4 release, which they the drivers as the card is working well DS3615xs 5.1-5055.1 and are still mentioned here http://xpenology.me/compatible/. I think the Synology NIC is a second source of this one: http://www.tehutinetworks.net/?t=LV&L1=3&L2=0&L3=0&L7=5 and it's drivers are part of the LINUX kernel, which I confirmed with installing Debian 8. 2. Hi, can it be possible, that XPEnology DSM5.2-5644.4 is not working with Synology E10G15-F1 10G NIC, while it is/was working with DSM 5.1-5055. The Synology 10G SFP+ NIC is basically one from Tehuti networks: http://www.tehutinetworks.net/?t=LV&L1=3&L2=0&L3=0&L7=5, which is working well in Windows as LINUX. I tested this Synology NIC with XPEnology as Windows 7 on a ASUS Micro-ATX H87: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/H87ME/ with I3 CPU as an ASROCK B85M-ITX: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/H87ME/ with an I5 CPU where the NIC runs fine with XPEnology 5.1-5055 and Win7, but not with 5.2-5644.4. XPEnology delivers on these system with a simple RAID1 a READ performance of around 1GByte/sec and a WRITE performance of around 400-700MByte/sec, but the WRITE numbers vary a lot and are not really trustable from my point of view, as the network monitor on the XPEnology machine shows around 25% less network load as the HD benchmarks mentions above. So before investing more time in performance and stability I wanted to double check the state of the drivers here. Regards, Werner
