I have the same issue, how to resolve？

I have test this version，but I cannot shut down the machine, must shut down the machine second time.I find the problem is VPN server,I Uninstall VPN server,the machine can normal shutdown How to solve this problem? but vision v1 is OK! The same problem in V4. EDIT by Trantor : Thank you for this, but no need to yell ^^ I have found the problem. I change port 5000 to 9001,I change port back to 5,000，DSM can hibernate.

I have stall DSM on my NAS,but I find the disk cannot hibernate,the system writes data to the file every few minutes ，the location of the file is /var/log/messages.
