Thanks for your advise, but for me it's not important to set it up fast, just the value i get for my money. And I still think that the N40L is a little bit better on this side.

Hi, I'm looking for the best NAS Hardware I can get for about 100€ to 150€ (without drives). In this thread http://xpenology.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1093 the HP N36L/N40L/N54L MicroServers are recommended. Is this still the best choice today? I would be willing to put the NAS together (CPU, RAM, MOBO) on my own, too. RAID isn't necessary for me (but maybe nice to have), wake on lan should be possible and the energy consuption shouldn't be too high. (And I want to run XPEnology on it...). Greetings from Germany
