    USB support HPN54L

Hi guys, I'm an happy user of Xpenology on my HP N54L since many years. After some trials I manage to update it from DS3615xs DSM 6.1.7 15284 UPD2 Jun's loader with 3x4Tb RAID5 to DS3622xs+ DSM 7.2 64570 UPD1 Redpill v0.10 with 3x6Tb RAID5 and w/o any additional driver extensions w/o loosing any data Now I'm trying to make everythin work properly. In particular I'm not able to make external USB ports working. I was using them for: - UPS support (APC) - serial/RS485 adapter (CH340G) - auto-backup of USB stick I tried to follow Robertklep instructions on GitHub w/o success (looking only at serial adapter, then I realized that nothing was working). I'm not skilled in SSH/script and so on. Till now I tried to follow existing tutorials. Any idea? Or test to pursue? Thank you!
  2. Solved, just a problem of "owner" and "permission" on the file.
  3. Goodmorning, I'm setting up my N54L with DSM 6.1.7, 1.03 loader. The system works well. Now I followed the solution at post #1. The script doesn't start automatically from crontab and the CPU continues running in "performance". The script itself works well, if I run manually both cores go "conservative", 800 Mhz. Any advice? Thanks!
  4. I tried to run this script on N54L and it seems to work properly from the SSH shell, the volume is unmounted properly. But logging in into the admin webpage I get this warning: "External device USB Disk on Synology was not ejected properly." Is it correct?
  5. I tried to run this script on N54L and it seems to work properly from the SSH shell, the volume is unmounted properly. But logging in into the admin webpage I get a warning that the USB disk has been removed improperly. Is there any problem?
