Hello I purchased a synology license from Synology-camera-software.com and received the license by email. When I try to add this license I get the error message saying that the system can not validate the license and that I have to check my netwerk. Of course I did this and everyting is working correctle.I can receive updates from Synology etc. I tried to send a support form but it says my model and serial number don`t match. Can anyone tell how I get my new camera license to work? regards, Hennie
