Si, quello che dicevo.. Ci tocca mettere delle patch in quanto non e` possibile renderlo HTPC nativo..

Anche io uso plex, purtroppo plex non gestisce l'uscita video locale quindi non consente l'utilizzo della stessa macchina per uso HTPC. Se plex avesse la funzionalita HTPC in ambiente Synology mi piacerebbe decisamente di piu

Dobbiamo sperare in qualche prodotto syno con uscita video.. in effetti il s.o. qnap e` diverso dal syno e` uscita la nuova serie 1515/1518 con il nuovo atom quad core ...ma niente uscita hdmi/dvi ..

Secondo me e` sufficiente mappare il disco della serie tv in rete, fatto questo non credo che plex abbia problemi a condividere un disco esterno visibile in rete

Insomma se non ci pensa diretamente synology a crearlo in modo nativo non se fa niente...

Ciao, si anche io ritengo che xbmc su dsm, utilizzando l`uscita video stand alone, sarebbe un sistema MEDIA SERVER e HTPC completo! Nel senso che oltre ad avere stream/trans utilizzo in rete si potrebbe utilizzarlo anche in modo locale collegando un proiettore/schermo su porta hdmi. (in tal senso mi dispiace che plex non fa HTPC in quanto non previsto -dato la mancanza sia di processori che uscite video all'altezza-.. su prodotti synology..) Purtoppo non sono un guru linux ma se posso aiutare in qualche modo.. Attualmente come vanno le prove con XBMC?

No problem with installing new version DSM 5.0-4528 - nanoboot 5.0.3.2 (bare metal) from DSM 5.0-4493 update 5: 1. start xpenology 2. in menu chose install/upgrade 3. click tab 4. change to upgrade=5.0-4528 ...from synology assitant load new file pat.

Hi, From system information > General > Thermal Satus ; the generic temperature system, (over the balls, it will say the temperature) in my system is forever 40 degrees/104 F even when cold. I think that was not detected thermal sensors on my system. You correctly detected temperature in your systems?
