I did see that on ESXI. Are you running virtual or bare metal? what network adapter are you using? I'm running on ESXI 6.0 u2. I tried on both vmxnet3 and e1000. Both gave me kernel panic error.

please us XPEnoboot 5.2-5644.4, that should solve the problem.

tried with esxi 6.0 update 1 with intel SATA AHCI passthrough. Can create volume but cannot delete volume. create LUN volume is broken.

I kind of suspect this might be the error that causes the iscsi problem
