[SOLVED] Install on vmware ESXI

Hi, i installed everything using the idiots guide for ESXi and Synology on my HP N40L and it is working fine execpt a little problem when transferring files. As soon as I copy a file the transfer rate goes up and down and comes to halt every few seconds. Even small transfers take forever because of this. Has anyone a clue what causes this?
