Same here !! It not working on DSM 7.2.2-72806 Update 1 I can fix it with below step: - Uninstall package - Reinstall package - SSH to DSM and run command (It not running at this step) sudo sed -i 's/package/root/g' /var/packages/qemu-ga/conf/privilege - Reboot DSM (COnfirm on proxmox QEMU Guest agent is enabled) - Final, it working. + on DMS you can see package is running + on promox you can see DSM IP addess displayed Good luck !!!

What exactly are you trying to reset? You can reset to default settings from Control Panel within DSM, with no risk to data. [Edited by Polanskiman] Also this will work: sudo /usr/syno/sbin/synodsdefault --reset-config Options: Synology DS Default Reset Util. Usage: synodsdefault --reset-config Reset DSM configs. --reinstall Reset to reinstall DSM. --factory-default Reset to brand new DSM. Include remove all data volumes. --help Show this help.
