All looks good from here. If the volume is currently accessible from the network, I would go ahead and attempt the drive replacement. If the volume is not currently accessible, do a soft reboot and verify that the volume is accessible after the reboot. Also check to make sure there is no change to the mdstat. If all is well that that point, then attempt the drive replacement.1 point
