the drivers in the 6.2.3 extra a re the same as in the 6.2.2, just newly compiled with different kernel settings to match 6.2.3 so maybe try it yourself, its easy, just take the loader and any usb flash drive, replace the extra/extra with the new one and boot,no need to change anything in the grub.cfg like vid/pid so see if its booting and coming up in network just remove the usb you use for 6.2.2 and try it, you can even let the disks in place as long as you just boot it up the only driver issue i'm aware of is that there might be newer hardware versions of the onboard intel's that need a newer driver, there should be no difference in that with the 6.2.2 and 6.2.3 extra and esxi uses the ancient e1000 driver, should work

вообще если нужен доступ из вне, то я у себя так сделал на роутере перенаправил 80 порт на 5000 а 443 на 5001 соответсвенно ну и включил перенаправлять http на https в dsm тогда не надо набирать https и порт указывать - ввел доменное имя и соединение автоматом пошло через https

Имя домена - ваш адрес DDNS полученный в NOIP (80 порт нужно открыть для получения сертификата потом можно закрыть) через 3 месяца нужно продлевать.

i guess you did not check if there is a device in /dev/dri to use hw transcoding and you also did not have a look at the log (dmesg) in both cases you would easily spot the cause og plex not using hw transcoding when using 1.04b with its own special made i915 driver (replacing the pretty old i915 from synology) it will only work up to version 6.2.2 with hardware transcoding with 6.2.3 synology introduced its own new (backported) i915 driver and made changes to the kernel that also broke jun's driver that comes with 1.04b you would need to install a new extra.lzma from here (download link might be down atm, will be back later on sunday) https://xpenology.com/forum/topic/28321-driver-extension-jun-103b104b-for-dsm623-for-918-3615xs-3617xs/ or you can reinstall with dsm 6.2.0 (downgrades are kind of complicated, if its a fresh install then deleting and starting over with 6.2.0 might be easier)
