Можно без сторонней карты с заменой extra.lzma, читаем тут Сами файлы DSM берём тут: https://archive.synology.com/download/DSM/release/ 6.2.2 под 3615 - https://archive.synology.com/download/DSM/release/6.2.2/24922/DSM_DS3615xs_24922.pat При правильной подготовке, вам будет предложена миграция и файлы буду сохранены. Не забывайте сделать резервную копию конфигурации в админ разделе и потом восстановите её, если что то не так пойдёт.

  3. usually nothing special needed SataPortMap or anything there would only be used in case of problems the only thing important is that the controller has to use IT mode so disks can be seen as individual single devices

  4. with it firmware it should work with all tree images as its "only" 6GBit SAS, lsi 2108 chip, nothing special, when using the latest extra.lzma's and 6.2.2 if there are problem check if it has IT firmare, IR firmware is not working the way we need it and list the vendor/device id with lspic should be inside this range https://pci-ids.ucw.cz/read/PC/1000

  6. What are the MAC address settings in your grub file? Is it set to the same as the MAC of the NIC or a 'fake' one? Is it blank? There might be an issue with DHCP renewal, as you say the box drops connection every couple of days, maybe look at the lease time if it is about the same. I would try setting MAC to blank in grub and setting a DHCP reservation in the router (not static in DSM), see what happens, then also try setting MAC to match the NIC and test. You could also try a static address in DSM, but make it outside of the router dhcp scope.
