Hi! I made a little tool which can help you to get your XPEnology up & running without installing any software. It contains (as portable versions): - Nirsoft's USB device view (helps to identify the VID & PID of your USB boot media) - V2.76 - XPEnology Serial Generator for DS3615XS, DS3617XS and DS916+ (a converted version of the HTML site) - Win32 DiskImager (to write your modified synoboot.img to your USB boot media) - V1.0 (only available in V1.4.1) - OSFMount x64 (to mount the synoboot.img and modifiy it) - V1.5 - Notepad++ (best editor for changing values inside grub.cfg) - V7.5.3 - Synology Assistant (useful tool from Synology to find your XPEnology and install DSM) - V6.2-23733 - TFTP/DHCP portable (a small TFTP, DHCP and Syslog server by Ph. Jounin) - V4.6.2 - MiniTool Partition Wizard 10 (helps assigning already formatted/written USB devices to modify existing grub.cfg) - V10.3 - SoftPerfect Network Scanner - V6.2.1 - USB Image Tool - V1.75 - New: Rufus - V3.3 In the section "Downloads" all links open corresponding websites to download the files. For beginners I added a small HowTo for bare-metal installation. You'll have to run it "As Administrator" because some of these tools (like Win32 DiskImager) need to be executed with higher rights. Cela me tenais a coeur de vous présenter ma build basé sur un procosseur intel I5-8400 de 8eme génération. Utilisation : Stockage redondant + Cible iSCSI pour le PC (ainsi le PC ne contient que du SSD et la partie "gros disk" est un target iSCSI de 6To en 2x10Gbps) Niveau matos on a : Motherboard : Gigabyte B360M-HD3 (i must have 2 pci-e 16x slot for raid card and 10Gbps card) Ram : 16Go 2666Mhz DDR4 - Ballistic CPU : Intel I5-8400 3.4Ghz @ 4.0Ghz Case : Fractal Design Node 804 with 2 HDD 3.5 add homemade mod (not very good visualy but work ) PSU : Antec High Current Gamer HCG-650W Gold PLUS HDD : 12 x Seagate 3TB Desktop HDD 3.5" (Bought long time ago for 2 small server (main - backup) Additional card 1 : LSI 9211-8i IT mode Additional card 2 : Intel X550-T2 10Gbps Fan : 6x Noctual NF-S12B Redux PWM Ci-joint quelques photos

As said before try to del .xpenoboot folder in the root folder. check this topic https://xpenology.com/forum/topic/13002-52-62-jun-loader-103b-no-network-connection/ Also have you tried using another nic ? Try a Intel nic just might work for you. It did for me...

Then have a look here the vid/pid "fix" is the same with 6.1x as 6.2x

HP MicroServer Gen8 with E3 1260L works fine. Did a migration from DSM 6.1 DS3615 to 6.2 DS3617

Loader: Jun's v1.02b (916+) Baremetal + extra.lzma for ds916+ v4.5 DSM: DSM 6.1.4-15217 Update 5 Motherboard: Asrock N3700-ITX NIC: Realtek RTL8111GR(Onboard) + Realtek RTL8111D(PCIe) SATA: Intel(Onboard) + ASMedia ASM1061(Onboard) + ASMedia ASM1061(mini-PCIe) No issues so far. Also hardware transcoding works with a valid SN.
