system partition (md0) is crashed

DSM says that my system partition is crashed and I should backup and reinstall everything

The only disk of the volume md0 that seems to work is /dev/sdj1; I've 2 spares disks but sysnc does not start probably because the status of the disk /dev/sdj1 is [E] (error)

How can solve this issue without reinstall everything?
