Hi! I downloaded wjz304/arpl-i18n, but it will not boot on MBR, is there a version of it that will? I tried writing with 3 different IMG writing softwares, it will not read it on boot. I have a Microserver G8. I have no idea how to follow the Chinese text, could someone just write how to do it in a simple way, please? 😊

Hi! I have just installed DSM 6.1.4 and suddenly Sabnzbd, Sonarr and Radarr cannot start, they were running fine before the install, is something broken with the new DSM?

Also we need to know if you were running SHR or RAID? If you were running SHR it will not accept a disk that is not at least the same size or bigger than the smallest in the current volume.

Hi! This is a total noob question, I have had a Xpenology server running for years now and I somehow made a silly move and deleted it all... Well, I reinstalled, it boots perfectly and I am setting up users and whatever is needed (Sonarr, Radarr, etc.) and here I get this stupid problem of user access problems. If I try to use Filebot Node it gets an error that it may not access the folder even though I have given rights to this folder to the current user...so my question is, would anybody like to help me setting up a "easy to use user hierarchy" and folder structure with correct rights for mostly downloading with the above mentioned programs? Thanks for all your help so far!

So incredibly silly, I had chosen to make the harddrives JBOD on my RAID card in an earlier installation, it was this that made them not able to be added to the server... Something learnt today!

Hi again I have a modded BIOS yes, set to ACHI. The really weird part is that I tried booting the server with Windows 10 and if I run Device Manager there it says that the HDDs 2-4 are "offline" somehow, never seen that before...

I have already enabled SHR, it seems as if disks 2-4 are on "non-working" ports or something, can I have made some mistake setting up the BIOS of my N36L?

Hi! I have recently deleted all of my disks by error and now need to setup this server anew, however, even though I am using Jun's 1.0b and it boots and seems to be working, somehow I cannot add disks 2-4 to my SHR. They are added, and then dissappear just for the system to say that it failed, the only disk I can connect and make the system on is nr. 1, I even tried switching them around and still only nr. 1 can be made to work, what can have gone wrong? I did switch off C1E of course, and the server is reachable I just cannot add disks.

Hi IG-88 I am sorry if I entered a discussion on the wrong terms, I tried your version 2 of the extra.lzma and it didn't really work, but I think that maybe it has to do with the settings in the card itself (it is not sending the disks as JBOD). I'll try your version 3 and see if I fare better, and I do apologize for highjacking this thread!

I have a 3ware 9500S and the thing is that with the extra.lzma that can be found somewhere I can actually see one of the connected HDDs, but I have 3 connected, but with the standard extra.lzma there is no HDD showing up, I think it says that it should be supported though?

Hi! I have updated my intel based box from 5.2 to 6.1.2 and now I have this weird error of the updates section not showing up, and other small things that anny me a little bit. Is it possible to "totally reset" DSM and only keep data, so I can start fresh with new installs and such? If so, how would I do this?

You dont need a DS1815+ for SHR support just edit /etc.defaults/synoinfo.conf comment out/delete supportraidgroup="yes" then add support_syno_hybrid_raid="yes" press F5 on you web browser Thanks so much, saved my day

Please, is there any way to make a loader that uses a version that supports SHR natively? Maybe DS1815+ or something like that? I am absolutely willing to test/work on to help, but I am no big linux-whiz I'm afraid...
