  1. Hi, can anyone tell me if can I add driver for network card to be recognized? I try to install on a Asus Eee PC B202 AzureWave AW-NE785 witch have JMC250 network card and a x32 cpu Intel Atom N270. Everything is ok but network card does not acquire an ip address and it's because he does not have a driver. Or can I buy an WiFi dongle from this list?: https://www.synology.com/en-global/compatibility?search_by=category&category=usb_wifi_dongles&not_recommend_mode=false&p=1 will this work for installing DSM or should be done by LAN network card? Or maybe can I use a USB to LAN adapter?

  6. Hello, I want to update from 5.0-4528 update 1 to 5.0-4528 update 2 but I get errors like corrupted file. Any advice?
  7. Sorry about that mistakes. Is not dsm 5.2 but dsm 5.0-4528 update 2. And what I try to say is when a power failure happens the computer is rebooting but remains stuck on black screen. I have to restart it manually. Before dsm 5.0-4528 update 2 I used dsm 5.0-4493 and this does not happen before I will like to upgrade to 6.0.2 or even 6.1 but I think I can't because I use NanoBoot x86 on Dell GX270 Intel Pentium 4 2.8ghz, 2GB RAM, Bios A07, Integrated VGA.
  8. This problem is related to xpenology because this happens since I updated to 5.0-4528 update 2. It is not from bios or other place, it is not load the bootloader from first time, only after a restart.
  9. Hello, I have a problem with my dsm, after a power failure the server is restarting but getting stuck on black screen with "_" blinking on top left corner, so everytime after a power up from a power failure I need to hit CTRL + ALT+DEL to manually reboot again. Anyone know how can I fix this to if there is a power shutting down the server will reboot as normaly?
  10. Hello, I created my first Xpenology server using an old Dell optiplex gx270 with P4 2.8Ghz x32, 1Gb Ram with Nanoboot DSM-5.0-4528 DS214Play and DSM DSM-5.0-4528 update 2 I have one 80 Gb ATA HDD and inside computer I found one sata port so I connected one 2,5" SATA 500Gb. In StorageManager I created one volume using the 80Gb hdd, the 500gb hdd is seen as eSATA so I can not create a volume using it. is there any sollution to make it to be seen as ATA HDD? or is there any trick to create a volume or extend the one I already use?
