Hi, What build should i use for my HP Proliant ML150 G9 with E5-2609v3?
what one should i use ds3615xs, ds3617xs or ds916+?
Is my NIC supported or do i have to use extention drivers? my NIC is: Broadcom 5717 Dual-port 1Gb.
I also have a Raid card: IBM ServeRAID M5016 Controller Raid SAS/SATA PCIe 6GB 1G cache =LSI 9265-8i
Is that raid card supported?
Can't get the update to dsm 6 to work, had no problems with dsm 5,2 baremetal

Yes, I'm on bare metal too , Ok, that's great, yeah i have had problem with transcoding when i use subtitels in Plex since update to DSM 6, so that is why i checked the cores.
I did not have that problem when running DSM 5.2.
What i understod the limit should be 8 cores for DSM?
But i can only see 1 Core in total, but the CPU has 6 Cores.
I have searched the forum but can't find anyone that has this problem?
See screenshot when i run cat /proc/cpuinfo.
Hi,
I have a HP ML150 gen9 with a Xeon E5-2609v3 running DSM on Jun's loader 1.01.
But when i run cat /proc/cpuinfo it only shows cpucores:1 but it should be 6 cores.
Any Idea's?
Thanks for your help
I have a IBM 5016 (Same as LSI 9265) that i passtrough from ESXI with JBOD activated on the card.
It seems to work well, but the smart status and temp is not showing.
I found this link about how to activate JBOD, maybe it will work for you:
https://forums.servethehome.com/index.p ... ware.1827/
Maybe this will help you, it helped me to get the card work in Xpenology.

It seems like you can only get SMART status if you use a card compatilbe with IT mode, but then you will lose the cache on the card and just use it as a dumb passtrough device.
Has anyone come up with a solution for this yet?
Hi,
How do i get IBM ServeRaid M5016 to work with Xpenology?
I'm using Passtrough for the card from exi 6 to Xpenology.
Do i need to crossflash the card?
Best regards,
Mattias
